Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting Play Together Now Cove or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service or our physical premises.

2. Cover Charge and Library Access

Access to our board game library requires a standard flat-rate cover charge per person, unless otherwise noted for specific promotional events. This cover grants access to the library for the duration of your continuous stay on that specific day.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations for standard tables and private rooms can be made via our website or by phone. Private room bookings require a 50% deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

4. Damage to Property

While normal wear and tear on games is expected, guests who maliciously or negligently destroy game components, furniture, or café property may be liable for the replacement cost of the damaged items.

5. Outside Food and Drink

To support our café and protect our game library, outside food and drink are not permitted inside the premises, with the exception of reusable water bottles or pre-approved cakes for booked private parties.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes.
